At Mystic Showers, we want every order to arrive safely and make your experience magical. Please read our shipping and return policies carefully.
Shipping
Domestic (US) Shipping:
- Regular: 3–5 business days
- Express: 1–3 business days
International Shipping:
- We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, UK, EU, and Australia.
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on location.
- You will receive a tracking number for your order so you can follow its journey.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase!
- All returns must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- You have 14 days (2 weeks) from delivery to request a return.
- Opened or used items cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons.
- Once we receive the unopened item and confirm its condition, we can provide:
- Refund to your original payment method
- Gift Card or Mystic Showers store credit, if preferred
- Depending on the item, we may make exceptions after 14 days for a replacement, swap, or store credit.
International returns:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- Returns must still meet our 14-day, unopened policy.
How to Return an Item
Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
